5. Following are the eligibility conditions for
the post.
a)
AGE: The minimum and maximum of
age for the purpose of engagement to GDS Posts shall be 18 and 30 years
respectively as on the date of notification of the vacancy. The maximum
age shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC categories and 5
years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Matriculation or equivalent. No preference will be given to higher
educational Qualifications.
2. The candidate passed SSC or equivalent
examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those
passed compartmentally.
3. The marks
obtained in second language (Hindi etc.) will not be taken into account.
4. Basic
Knowledge of computers is essential. The applicants selected for the post of
GDS BPM should have at least 60 days computer training from a recognized
computer training institute. The applicant should provide a certificate to that
effect from the computer Training Institute where he trained otherwise
candidature will not be considered. The requirement of basic
computer Knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a
candidate has studied computer
as a subject in Matriculation or
Class XII or higher educational
qualification and in such cases , a separate
certificate will not be insisted upon.
c) RESIDENCE:
The candidate selected for the post will be required to take up
residence in the BO village before engagement.
He/She should be able to provide accommodation to locate the PO. He/She should produce a proof to the effect
that he/she has taken up residence in the BO village within the date prescribed
by the undersigned after selection.
d) INCOME:
The candidate shall have to give an under taking that he/she has other
sources of income besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for
adequate means of livelihood for himself/herself and his/her family.
6. The person selected for the engagement to post
will have to furnish prescribed security.
7. No person holding an elective office will be
considered for engagement to post.
8. No person working as agent of Insurance / Finance
companies will be considered for engagement.

venue for finalization of selection is “OFFICE
OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POST OFFICES, Kurnool Division, (UPSTAIRS of Head Post
Office, KURNOOL) , Near Old Bus stand, KURNOOL – 518 001” On 06.06.2016. The interested candidates who have applied
for the posts may attend the venue. However all the applications will be opened
irrespective of the attendance of the candidates.
b).The selected candidate will be intimated through
Registered Post on the day of selection itself duly displaying the name of such
candidate in the notice board of this office.
9. Xerox copies
of the following documents should be submitted along with the application. The application without properly furnishing
details and without any of the following documents will be rejected straight
away.
a) Certificate regarding date of birth.
b) Certificate regarding educations qualification
(SSC issued by the Board of Secondary Education).
c) Caste certificate issued by MRO in case the
applicant belongs to SC/ST/OBC.
d) The candidate shall have to give an under taking
that he/she has sources of income
besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for adequate means of
livelihood for himself /herself and his/her family.
e) Employment certificate and letter of permission
from the employer to apply for the GDS post (incase the applicant is a part
time/ full time employee of the State of Central Govt. Departmental / Organization or Panchayat
Raj Dept. In case of VAOs the no objection certificate from the competent
revenue authority should be sent.)
f) Incase the
applicant is an Ex-Serviceman / Ex Army postal personnel proof of Army service
and discharge certificate should be produced.
g) Xerox copies of the documents should be submitted

for more than one post will not be entertained.

5. Following are the eligibility conditions for
the post.
d) AGE: The minimum
and maximum of age for the purpose of engagement to GDS Posts shall be 18
and 30 years respectively as on the date of notification of the vacancy.
The maximum age shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC
categories and 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Matriculation or equivalent. No preference will be given to higher
educational Qualifications.
2. The candidate passed SSC or equivalent
examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those
passed compartmentally.
3. The marks
obtained in second language (Hindi etc.) will not be taken into account.
4. Basic
Knowledge of computers is essential. The applicants selected for the post of
GDS BPM should have at least 60 days computer training from a recognized
computer training institute. The applicant should provide a certificate to that
effect from the computer Training Institute where he trained otherwise
candidature will not be considered. The requirement of basic
computer Knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a
candidate has studied computer
as a subject in Matriculation or
Class XII or higher educational
qualification and in such cases , a separate
certificate will not be insisted upon.
c) RESIDENCE:
The candidate selected for the post will be required to take up residence
in the BO village before engagement.
He/She should be able to provide accommodation to locate the PO. He/She should produce a proof to the effect
that he/she has taken up residence in the BO village within the date prescribed
by the undersigned after selection.
d) INCOME:
The candidate shall have to give an under taking that he/she has other
sources of income besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for
adequate means of livelihood for himself/herself and his/her family.
6. The person selected for the engagement to post
will have to furnish prescribed security.
7. No person holding an elective office will be
considered for engagement to post.
8. No person working as agent of Insurance / Finance
companies will be considered for engagement.

5. Following are the eligibility conditions for
the post.
g) AGE: The minimum
and maximum of age for the purpose of engagement to GDS Posts shall be 18
and 30 years respectively as on the date of notification of the vacancy.
The maximum age shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC
categories and 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Matriculation or equivalent. No preference will be given to higher
educational Qualifications.
2. The candidate passed SSC or equivalent
examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those
passed compartmentally.
3. The marks
obtained in second language (Hindi etc.) will not be taken into account.
4. Basic
Knowledge of computers is essential. The applicants selected for the post of
GDS BPM should have at least 60 days computer training from a recognized
computer training institute. The applicant should provide a certificate to that
effect from the computer Training Institute where he trained otherwise
candidature will not be considered. The requirement of basic
computer Knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a
candidate has studied computer
as a subject in Matriculation or
Class XII or higher educational
qualification and in such cases , a separate
certificate will not be insisted upon.
c) RESIDENCE:
The candidate selected for the post will be required to take up residence
in the BO village before engagement.
He/She should be able to provide accommodation to locate the PO. He/She should produce a proof to the effect
that he/she has taken up residence in the BO village within the date prescribed
by the undersigned after selection.
d) INCOME:
The candidate shall have to give an under taking that he/she has other
sources of income besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for
adequate means of livelihood for himself/herself and his/her family.
6. The person selected for the engagement to post
will have to furnish prescribed security.
7. No person holding an elective office will be
considered for engagement to post.
8. No person working as agent of Insurance / Finance
companies will be considered for engagement.

5. Following are the eligibility conditions for
the post.

AGE: The minimum and maximum of age
for the purpose of engagement to GDS Posts shall be 18 and 30 years
respectively as on the date of notification of the vacancy. The maximum age
shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC categories and 5 years
in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Matriculation or equivalent. No preference will be given to higher
educational Qualifications.
2. The candidate passed SSC or equivalent
examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those
passed compartmentally.
3. The marks
obtained in second language (Hindi etc.) will not be taken into account.
4. Basic
Knowledge of computers is essential. The applicants selected for the post of
GDS BPM should have at least 60 days computer training from a recognized
computer training institute. The applicant should provide a certificate to that
effect from the computer Training Institute where he trained otherwise
candidature will not be considered. The requirement of basic
computer Knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a
candidate has studied computer
as a subject in Matriculation or
Class XII or higher educational
qualification and in such cases , a separate
certificate will not be insisted upon.
c) RESIDENCE:
The candidate selected for the post will be required to take up residence
in the BO village before engagement.
He/She should be able to provide accommodation to locate the PO. He/She should produce a proof to the effect
that he/she has taken up residence in the BO village within the date prescribed
by the undersigned after selection.
d) INCOME:
The candidate shall have to give an under taking that he/she has other
sources of income besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for
adequate means of livelihood for himself/herself and his/her family.
6. The person selected for the engagement to post
will have to furnish prescribed security.
7. No person holding an elective office will be
considered for engagement to post.
8. No person working as agent of Insurance / Finance
companies will be considered for engagement.

5. Following are the eligibility conditions for
the post.
m) AGE: The minimum
and maximum of age for the purpose of engagement to GDS Posts shall be 18
and 30 years respectively as on the date of notification of the vacancy.
The maximum age shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC
categories and 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Matriculation or equivalent. No preference will be given to higher
educational Qualifications.
2. The candidate passed SSC or equivalent
examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those
passed compartmentally.
3. The marks
obtained in second language (Hindi etc.) will not be taken into account.
4. Basic
Knowledge of computers is essential. The applicants selected for the post of
GDS BPM should have at least 60 days computer training from a recognized
computer training institute. The applicant should provide a certificate to that
effect from the computer Training Institute where he trained otherwise
candidature will not be considered. The requirement of basic
computer Knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a
candidate has studied computer
as a subject in Matriculation or
Class XII or higher educational
qualification and in such cases , a separate
certificate will not be insisted upon.
c) RESIDENCE:
The candidate selected for the post will be required to take up residence
in the BO village before engagement.
He/She should be able to provide accommodation to locate the PO. He/She should produce a proof to the effect
that he/she has taken up residence in the BO village within the date prescribed
by the undersigned after selection.
d) INCOME:
The candidate shall have to give an under taking that he/she has other
sources of income besides the allowances paid or to be paid by the Govt. for
adequate means of livelihood for himself/herself and his/her family.
6. The person selected for the engagement to post
will have to furnish prescribed security.
7. No person holding an elective office will be
considered for engagement to post.
8. No person working as agent of Insurance / Finance
